Dr Hamish Kho – General Practitioner (LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE)
Born and raised in Christchurch, Dr. Hamish Kho joined the team at Amyes Road Medical Centre in 2024. He completed his medical degree at the University of Auckland in 2016 and has gained experience across a range of clinical settings, including rural medicine in the Philippines and several years at Timaru Hospital. He later moved into General Practice in Christchurch, where he continues to provide comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Hamish has a particular interest in skin cancer checks, minor surgical procedures, and holistic lifestyle medicine that focuses on overall wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys running marathons, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and capturing moments through photography. He also likes to unwind with the occasional board game.

Jason is a Health Coach under Te Tumu Waiora. Jason can support individuals and families gain knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to set goals and find strategies to enhance wellbeing. This includes nutrition, diabetes, hypertension, weight management, high cholesterol, sleep, habit forming, exercise, stress management and goal setting.
There is no charge for these appointments.
Stacey- Health Improvement Practitioner
Stacey is a Health Improvement Practitioner under Te Tumu Waiora and Pegasus. Stacey is a registered mental health and addiction practitioner. She can see people of all ages and at all stages of their lives and help with any type of issue related to behaviour change or mental wellbeing. A consult uses evidence-based brief interventions to help to develop pathways and protocols around mental wellbeing and addiction support.
